From India to Insify - Adi’s here to stay.

Adi

At Insify, we believe in making bold moves and embracing challenges. That’s exactly what Adithya Vasisth, or Adi for colleagues, did. From his beginnings in India to his current role as an engineer at Insify.

Adi: "I started with a bachelor’s degree in India, followed by a few years of industry experience. Many Indians eventually set their sights on the U.S., but I was drawn to the Netherlands. The academic programs here were much more interesting to me. I wasn’t just looking for a good paying job, I was looking to learn more."

Impact from day one

Adi discovered Insify through a former colleague, and from the first conversation, he knew it was the right fit.

Adi: "The energy, the ambition, and the drive to make things happen really stuck with me. I didn’t want a slow-moving, comfortable job. I wanted to be challenged, to think beyond that day-to-day, 9 to 5, and to be part of something bigger. Insify gave me ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact from day one. The trust the team placed in me was incredible. I was making decisions and driving results within my first month."

An extraverted engineer

Engineers are, and these are Adi’s words, “often very introverted”. Adi is not. And that helps him at Insify. Adi: "As engineers, we’re just the makers of tools that help other people change the world. I believe real innovation happens when engineers collaborate closely with other teams to solve real-world problems. Thanks to my family’s background in the insurance industry, I feel I can really contribute to Insify as I’m able to bridge the gap between development and business needs."

To new joiners

Adi’s message to future Insify team members? Come with passion and curiosity. Adi: "This is the place for people who love to learn, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to make a real difference. I used to struggle with imposter syndrome, but now I see it as a sign that I’m surrounded by people I can learn from. I see myself here for years to come. The people, the culture, and the work we’re doing: I love it all."
